Zachary just keeps learning, and doing these days!
It seems like he woke up one day and could climb everything. I’m sure you’ve allseen the video of the FIRST time he pulled himself up on the couch… Well that hasn’t stopped for a second since! He stands up in his bed, he stands up in the tub, he TRIES to stand up on everything, and as a result has frequent matching bruises on his little forehead.
He’s also “talking” up a storm and suddenly has figure out how to “raspberry”. While the raspberry seems silly, or even a bit rude, I’ve read it is actually a very important language milestone, so congrats to Zachary he’s got it down! Only one more week until he turns 8 months.
The down side to all this development is he’s frustrated by his limitations. We have some pretty serious angry melt-downs when he can’t quite manage to get where he wants to go. Walking is just around the corner, so we can weather the angry outbursts for a few more months.
